It shows the times Solomon Nyamson is available and lets you reserve one. When you do, it records the appointment, adds it to the calendar, and emails you a confirmation with a calendar file attached.

It is a scheduling tool. It is not the meeting, and booking a time is not by itself a contract for any work, service or advice.

Give a real name and an email address you actually read — the confirmation, any change of time, and any cancellation all go there. A booking made under a false address cannot be honoured, because there is no way to reach you.

Do not use the service to harass anyone, to send unsolicited messages, to book times you have no intention of keeping, or to probe or overload the system.

Either side may cancel or move a meeting. If Solomon Nyamson moves or cancels one, you will be emailed and your calendar entry updated. As much notice as possible will be given, but none is guaranteed.

To change or cancel from your side, reply to the confirmation email.

The service is provided as it is. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because a service it depends on — hosting, email, calendars — is having a bad day. No uptime is promised.

A confirmed booking is a genuine commitment to meet, but it is not a guarantee that the meeting will happen: illness and emergencies exist on both sides.

Video meetings run on Google Meet, and joining one means accepting Google’s terms as well as these. Their service is not controlled here and nothing about it is guaranteed.

To the extent the law allows, Solomon Nyamson is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this scheduling service — including loss arising from a meeting that did not take place, an email that did not arrive, or a calendar entry that did not appear.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

What is collected and who it is shared with is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms may change. The version in force for a booking is the one published when the booking was made, and the date at the top says when the current version was written.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections your own law gives you.
